rogers&co provided mentoring and strategic planning services to Gotland based Fish Your Dream AB. Fish Your Dream has a stable of small properties that have until now primarily focused on attracting and servicing international fly fishing clients.

The core aim of the consultancy was to help FYD founder Per Jobs move from a pure sport fishing focus to developing a year-round adventure and experiential travel strategy for the company’s Tjuonajokk and Ammarnäs properties.

Tasks include mentoring; strategic planning; facility and experience development; branding and brand positioning; and travel trade partnership development.

The result was the development of Fish Your Dream’s new sister company FYD Experiences.

Fish Your Dream delivers exceptional fly fishing experiences in the Sweden, is labelled by Sweden’s Quality label for Ecotourism, Nature’s Best and is the 2013 winner of Sweden’s Grand Travel Awards.
